IT Skills :  experience ( 5-8 years)

• Organization Management: Maintaining Org structure & determination of org data in transactions.
• Account Management: Overview of accounts & business partners, Account classification & hierarchy, Data exchange between CRM & ERP system.
• Product Master: Basics, Set Types, attribute, categories, Hierarchy.
• Transaction Processing: Control Profiles (Org data, Partner determination, status profile, Date profile, Action profile, Text determination etc.), Item categories & its determination.
• Activity Management: Customizing activity & special activity functions.
• Pricing: Overview, Pricing procedure & its determination, condition maintenance.
• Understanding and Experience in  SAP CRM SERVICE
• Understanding of SAP CRM Service Cycle and Billing Processes
• Understanding and exposure to Mail forms , Campaign Management , email handling , Sms handling , Inbox customizing , ERMS handling
• Debugging knowledge
• Willing to work on L2 support topics .
