What it does
- Answers questions about your services, products, and company from the pages on your website.
- Remembers the last few messages in that chat, so the visitor does not have to repeat themselves.
- Skips pages that are not useful, such as privacy, contact, and sitemap pages, and uses the pages that match the question.
- If it cannot answer, it says so and asks the visitor to try again. The site stays up.
