We are looking for Desktop Support Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Kalyan
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client support request by telephone, remote support or in person support
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
- Travelling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues LOG call with OEM service center if systems are covered under warranty
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades
- Providing basic training in computer operation and managements
- Completing job reports and ordering supplies
Required Qualification:
- BSC IT/ BCA or Diploma / Degree of Engineering
- Hands on experience of Desktop / laptop /Network Troubleshooting
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
- Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
- Good Written and verbal communication skills
