Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Technical Consultant to join our dynamic CRM team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform, with a strong focus on custom development using the SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK/PDI). You will be a key player in designing and implementing robust technical solutions, enhancing standard C4C functionalities, and managing complex integrations to meet our clients’ strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of custom solutions within the SAP C4C landscape.
• Develop new business objects, extend standard objects, and implement complex business logic using ABSL, BODL, and UI scripting in the Cloud Application Studio.
• Build and maintain side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP, creating custom applications and services that integrate seamlessly with SAP C4C.
• Implement integrations between SAP C4C and other systems (e.g., S/4HANA, non-SAP) using OData, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SDK solutions, including tenant administration, code reviews, and transport management.
• Perform advanced tracing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance for all custom C4C developments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C technical consulting.
• At least 2 full-cycle C4C implementation projects in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• In-depth expertise with the SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK/PDI), including a high level of skill in ABSL, BODL, and the UI Designer.
• Proven experience in building and managing integrations using web services (OData, REST, SOAP).
• Experience working in a technical capacity within a complex IT landscape involving CRM, ERP/S4HANA, and other third-party systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience developing side-by-side extensions using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Knowledge of UI development using SAPUI5/Fiori.
• Functional understanding of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
