• Technical Skills:                      C#, Classic ASP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, RESTful & SOAP APIs

ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) Support role typically involves configuration of templates, providing technical support and maintenance for ELN systems, often in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, formulations or biotechnology labs.

Here are some common responsibilities and requirements for this position.

• Strong communication in English
• Proficiency with IDBS ELN and familiarity with laboratory testing processes and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of IDBS E-Workbook ELN, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• More than 3 years of experience in a techno-functional role involving ELN systems, with at least 2 years specifically with IDBS ELN.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of SDLC and should be well versed with Computer System Validations.
• Responsible for the day-to-day application technical support
• Application support according CSV Guidelines and Company management directives
• Works with site Key users, business process owners to answer questions and resolve incidents, manages, coordinates and responsible for 2^nd level support and escalates issues to the 3^rd level support
• Willing to travel domestic locations as and when needed
• Understanding of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communicator who can engage with all levels in the organization.
