Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with expertise in Swift to join our passionate team of mobile app developers. As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with our product and design teams to implement new features and enhancements while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the apps.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features for our iOS applications.
- Ensure the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to best practices and
coding standards.
- Identify and fix bugs and other technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough testing of the applications to ensure their robustness and responsiveness.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to
improve development efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS platform updates, trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-6 years in iOS app development using Swift.
- Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, and other iOS frameworks.
- Proficiency in Swift programming language.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration in iOS applications.
- Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and UI/UX best practices for
mobile app design.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, bitbucket.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and follow design patterns and architectural principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex
issues.
- Familiarity with Apple’s App Store submission process and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud-based services, such as Firebase, for mobile app development.
- Contributions to open-source iOS projects or personal apps on the App Store.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
