Job Description:

• Techno-Functional hands on experience as a consultant or analyst working with Taleo. And should have Strong Talent and Recruitment domain business processes knowledge and concepts, must have TCC Knowledge with hands on, have additional Experience/ Knowledge on ORC(oracle Recruitment cloud) will have more preference ,  and should have BI Publisher/SQL/PLSQL  Development Skills
• Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes
• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving
• Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, BI publisher, OTBI and Fast Formula  would be preferred.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills –Required
• Willingness to work in Shifts is Mandatory
