Roles & Responsibilities:

• EPM Consultant (Initially specialized in Planning and Budgeting and later on skills pertaining to other business processes can be developed.)
• Oracle EPM is performance management application. This includes business process as below:
• Planning & Budgeting
• Consolidation and Close
• Profitability and Costing
• Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching
• Narrative Reporting
• Enterprise Data Management
• Requirement gathering from the client and understand their as-is business process.
• Understand client’s excel template, provide them business guidance & management consulting, driver based planning, incremental planning, zero based planning.
• identifying driver and give suggestions to users.
• Understanding calculation and formulas and creating the same in Business Rules.
• writing groovy scripts in business rules.
• Writing EPM automate scripts for automation.
• Developing integration, mapping, rules, location, etc.
• Loading data form source system and tallying the data.
• Understanding different line of business (vertical) eg. Real Estate, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Mining, Engineering and Construction, etc.
• Scenario modelling and What If Analysis.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL & Rest API will be an advantage.

Day to day work associated with this role:

• Requirement Understanding
• Discussion with client & Designing Solution
• Developing application – Out of the box and Configuration based on need (Customization of Oracle EPM application is not possible)
• Creating Dimensions, Metadata, Forms, Rules, Integration
• Data Load and Testing
• Creating Document – MOM, BRD, SD, User Manual, Test Scripts, etc.

Experience Range	2-4 Yrs. of relevant expr in Java Frameworks (ADF, Spring, etc), RDBMS and front end Frameworks

Skills	Experience in Java Framework (ADF, Spring, etc.)
	Experience in Java Web Framework ( JEE/spring/JSF)
	Experience in RDBMS database SQL ( Oracle/My sql/Ms sql/postgresql), hibernate, JOOQ
	Analytical & reasoning skill
	Communicate effectively
	Good team player
