Experience : 5+ Years

Mandatory Skills: (Must Have Skills) :

• Basic Experience with DevOps implementation, Developer skills: Java/C++ or any object oriented programming skills
• In-depth knowledge & proven track record of incident, problem and change management processes (ITIL).
• Experience on any of the following package managers: npm for typescript, nuget for, NET C# and RStudio for R.
• Good understanding of IT system and lifecycle management.

Optional Skills: (Good to Have Skills):

• Hands-on documentation and presentation skill

Roles & Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this position will be:

• Incident & Problem Supporter) Monitor incident tickets, verify reproducibility, classify, prioritize, add to backlog for processing. Investigating automated alerts
• Technical Supporter / SME who is extremely good knowledge in the following package managers: npm, nuget and RStudio
• Able to solve/provide solution for any complex technical problem
• Assess the action needed for any vulnerability
• Assess Alerts for failed request to the backend api, ada data being delayed or the data exporter didn’t complete.
• Implements the needed patch for vulnerability fix
