Requirements:

• Should possess knowledge of SDLC.
• Should be experienced on Agile development cycle.
• Experience in facilitating discussions with business users and understand business needs independently with no/minimal oversight.
• Ability to map the business needs to product features.
• Solid experience and understanding of Agile in developing epics, user examples, supplementary requirements, and business rules.
• Analytical thinking to write business scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to articulate to the development teams the new product features and capabilities in clear use cases.
• Proficient user of JIRA/ Confluence tools or other new age collaboration tools
• Basic database query writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Capturing, documenting, and validating requirements as user examples, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying solutions
• Developing Use cases that enhance the feature list of the product and is aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Highlighting product features and explaining user examples in a manner clearly understandable to the development team
• Collaborating with technology/Product development teams to create solutions and clarify queries related to use cases and support in the development activities.
• Participation in product design sessions and sign off the design artifacts to ensure the proposed design is aligned to the feature list.
• Collaborating with the software testers to ensure the test strategy is aligned to the use cases and feature list being developed.
• Prepare functional test cases and execute.
• Review test cases developed by test team.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E.  / MCA or higher
