Must Have Skillsets

Cloud Platform Expertise: Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Preferred).
Strong Knowledge on IAC: Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and strong command on Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
Strong Experience in CI/CD: Should have expertise in build and release management tools including Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Puppet, Cradle, Ansible, TeamCity, and uDeploy. Strong experience in building CI/CD pipelines, managing plugins, and troubleshooting issues.
Knowledge on Microservices & Container Technologies: Proficiency in microservices architecture and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Should have a strong background in building Docker images for containerized applications, with a solid understanding of writing Docker files.
Proficiency in Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages like Java and C# is preferred.
Design and Implementation of Automated Workflows: Should have experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline processes.
Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrate commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud computing and DevOps methodologies, showing a willingness to adapt and learn as needed.

Nice To Have Skillsets

Knowledge of Monitoring Systems: Proficiency in monitoring systems for alerting and dashboards.
Knowledge of Test Automation: Familiarity with test automation tools and practices is desirable. This includes understanding various frameworks like Selenium, and the ability to write automated test scripts using languages such as Java or Python. Integration of these tests into CI/CD pipelines ensures rapid and reliable software releases.
Design Principle for Microservices: Prior knowledge of the 12 Factor design principle for microservices would be advantageous.
