Parameter monitoring :
Our client is a leading manufacturer of electronic devices for industrial safety and automation equipment. The devices are used by pharma companies to monitor and regulate the parameters like temperature, pressure, level, humidity, vibration, ph etc. We implemented MQTT protocol using open source MQTT broker which connects with the IoT devices and exchange information with cloud application. It provides fast data transmission of real time sensor data to present it on live dashboards allowing users to get live overview of the devices. There is an alert mechanism along with snooze functionality to send email and SMS notifications whenever there is breach of threshold set for each of the devices and to warn the users about any serious condition in the system. System generates data reports, alarm reports and activity reports. System is handling over 1 million data points per month per device.
Order Management System :
A German pharma manufacture radiopharmaceuticals used for Alzheimer’s treatment. We implemented a web based Order Management System that connects different stakeholders in the ordering workflow. It provides a single platform for all stakeholders like manufacturing plants, distributors and imaging centres including hierarchies within these organizations. Stakeholders can place the order and review the status and make updates to it until it is delivered. This will ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of any changes in the order status and be able to take action accordingly. With the product half-life of 110 minutes, the time is the essence in the delivery workflow.
Medical Representative’s performance :
A leading Indian Pharma company intended to monitor MR’s performance. We designed a dashboarding solution where MR and their reporting hierarchy of FLMs, SLMs view the individual and group performance. KPA monitored are Planned vs. actual activities, call average efficiency, territory coverage, RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit – a sales and marketing tool) insights, execution gaps. The graphical data representation shows comparative charts over time and across geographies. The system was tested for concurrent usage of 20,000 MRs.
Microbial Air Sampler application :
Our client is an electronics company manufacturing Microbial Air Samplers for Pharma industry. These devices actively draw a measured volume of air over or through a collection medium, such as an agar plate, to detect and quantify airborne microorganisms like bacteria, fungi, and spores. We designed a server software which communicates over wi–fi to the device for its configuration, live status, remote sampling and record monitoring. A challenging aspect was the servers are available only on intranet with no internet connections for the software deployments.
