Mandatory Skills: (Must Have Skills) :
- Experience/ expertise in Human Resource Management
- Application Support (operation and maintenance of IT applications/systems)
- ITIL processes – Incident/Problem mgmt.
- Change/release management
- Service mgmt./Project mgmt./ Transition mgmt.
- Experience in handling SaaS/Cloud systems, technologies
- Experience in Recruitment and compensation modules in SAP SuccessFactors application would be a great plus
- Knowledge in Analytics and data processing – Any experience as data engineer could help
- Implementation, Operations, maintenance and support of the SaaS/cloud systems
- Expertise in MS Excel, Job Architecture concepts, data flow in HCM systems
- Stakeholder and vendor mgmt.
- Understanding on the design and implementation of automation processes based on Artificial Intelligence technologies, Machine Learning techniques and Integrations
Optional Skills:
- QC/ QA knowledge, good knowledge on the documentation, SOP’s etc
- Agile – Knowledge & way of working
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely handling of tasks
- Responsible for availability, Confidentiality and integrity of the systems in scope
- Provide technical support, collaborate with agile team & architects on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs
- Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours
- Share Industry best practices
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
