CSV Engineer – Documentation, Compliance & Technical Support Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CSV Engineer with experience in documentation, compliance, and technical support across Veritas NetBackup, Server L1 support, and System Support L2. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining thorough documentation, and providing technical support. Additionally, they will lead a small team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer System Validation (CSV) & Compliance:
- Develop and maintain validation documents, test plans, and reports in line with GxP compliance.
- Ensure all processes and systems comply with internal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of validation documentation to ensure continued compliance and relevance.
2. Documentation Management:
- Establish and manage thorough documentation practices, including change management, SOPs, and compliance-related records and reports.
- Prepare and update protocols, procedures, and policies to reflect current compliance and operational standards.
3. Veritas NetBackup L1 Support:
- Manage daily backup and recovery operations, monitor job completion, and troubleshoot basic NetBackup issues.
- Ensure backup policies and recovery processes are compliant and up-to-date with validation requirements.
4. Server L1 Support & System Support L2:
- Provide L1 support for server issues, performing basic configurations, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Address escalated system issues as part of System Support L2, coordinating with other technical teams as needed for more complex problems.
- Attend the VIP users for any emergency support.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead a small team of L1 and L2 support technicians, overseeing task assignments and performance.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve support efficiency and ensure compliance adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues.
6. Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSV, documentation, and compliance.
- System Support L2. 2 Years
- Experience in team leadership or supervision of support staff.
7. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP, GLP Guide line, etc.) and best practices for documentation and validation.
- Proficiency in using ticketing and incident management systems.
8. Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and maintain compliance documentation accurately.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
