Senior Android Developer cum Team Lead
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer cum Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing Android applications using Java and Kotlin, along with proven leadership capabilities in managing and guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Mobile app developers, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Manage the development process through GitHub/Bitbucket and track progress via Jira.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate with the iOS team and gain basic knowledge of iOS development for effective cross-platform development.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficient in version control systems such as GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of Jira for project management and tracking.
- Familiarity with Android design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of iOS development is a plus.
