Job Description:

1. Provide technical support for both hardware and Network Issues at both User end and Server and Network Device End.
2. Installation and configuration  of IT Devices like Printer, Scanner, IP Camera, Android Devices, Apple Devices, Barcode Devices, Biometric Devices, Digital Signage and support of the same.
3. Co-ordination with Hardware Vendor
4. Co-ordination with ISP Technical Team
5. Call Logging and closure.
6. Digital Signage Content ( Video and Information ) Management. Digital Signage Device Configuration.
7. Configuration and installation of VOIP Phone and Support of the same.
8. Call Logging with Vendor and Monitoring & Closure of the same.
9. License & Expiry  Monitoring of Software, Hardware, Network Devices and other IT & OT devices
10. Regular Update of Contact Details of All Vendor in IT Service Desk Application

Qualification:  BCA / Science Graduate with 4-5 Yrs of Experience

 Candidate from Healthcare Industry will be preferable.
