Technical role and capability
- Responsible to manage the end-to-end implementation of our software applications, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- Responsible to Plan and Implement following applications
- HMIS
- PACS
- ERP
- LIS
- Website
- CMMS
- Hospitality Application
- Queue/Token Management
- Any New Application within the contract period
- Integration of WhatsApp, Email, SMS, POS, Payment Gateways with above application & whichever Integration takes place within the tenure
- Skilled technical expertise, project management skills, and strong user-facing abilities.
- Provide expert guidance on software features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Conduct data migration & Master’s Creation activities as needed.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal stakeholders or reporter.
- Perform system testing to ensure that applications are functioning as expected.
- Identify and address any bugs or issues before go-live. Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the senior with incident reports.
- Ensure that all implementations meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Improve & drive application support and also facilitate implementation by proper coordination between users, vendors etc.
- Assist training sessions
- Collaborate / Create user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues pre or post-implementation.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and enhancements.
- Any other task assigned by the reporting officer on time to time.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience in IT within a Healthcare organization in application support.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
HIMS application implementation
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Understanding and experience on HealthCare IT application systems, EMR and HR, Finance applications Implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases & basic network configuration.
- Proficiency in [relevant technologies, programming languages, or software]. Experience with [specific tools or platforms] is advantageous.
- PMP / ITIL Certifications is a plus
SOFT SKILLS:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
