Technical Expertise:
1. Should be conversant with SQL
2. Should be able to get into relevant Database Tables to identify the root cause of an issue / query and address it. In case technical resolution is required, it should be raised to the relevant IT stakeholder
3. Basic project and ticket management skills in excel are required
4. Overall 2+ years of relevant experience is preferable
Responsibilities
1. Be the IT Single Point of Contact for all queries and troubleshooting for Catalyst
2. Liaison between Distributors, Sales Team and IT for day-to-day issue resolution and clarifications.
3. After knowledge transfer, should be able to independently address most queries and issues that are directly not related to IT bug fixes
4. Should be able to maintain a structured log of common queries and issues for trend analysis
5. Should possess excellent communication and coordination skills
