Essential work experience:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 1+ to 3 + years of experience in unit testing & integration testing  
2. Ability to write good quality Unit & Integration Test Cases & experience in popular web application frameworks

Technical Stack & Skill Set required

• Experience in Microsoft technologies
• Languages: C#, VB.Net, VBA, XML, JSON, Angular and API’s.
• Further experience in unit /integration testing covering NUnit, XUnit, Jasmine, Postman/SOAP UI.
• Good knowledge in manual & automation testing ( using Selenium ,  Python) is required
• Databases: SQL

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Write test cases and Test new and existing software applications, integration, tools
2. Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, identifying areas for modification and improvement
3. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

Expected Outcome(s):

1. Good quality test cases covering all the scenarios so as to having a minimalistic to no impact once application is live.
2. Defect free  test coding and develop the requirements based on specifications with zero gaps
3. Use best practices while test coding and deliver highest quality output within expected timelines

Provide accurate WBS Estimates to business after evaluating new requirements and change requests.

Preferred Educational qualification:

1. BE/MCA/B Tech in Computer science

Position Summary:

In this position, the software Tester will

1. Test, Support and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
2. Understanding of entire SDLC  -Ideation, Design, and Develop test scripts.
3. Testing of Application (Unit/Integration) of applications that have web APIs  or other technology (Microsoft)
4. Coordinate and work with project team – Developer, Architect, project manager, functional teams, support and deployment team

Additional Preferred skills:

Preferred experience of working on solutions/applications/tools such as

1. Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), GlobalScape MFT, GDPicture, PDF Library, TIFF DLL
2. Experience in hosting on cloud and understanding PAAS,IAAS,SAAS using AWS, Azure, Google cloud

Language Expertise:

1. Good written & verbal English communication skills
2. Working on client facing projects
