Job Description:

• We need to deliver high-stability and timely outcomes.
• At the moment, none of the EMs/Leads have any bandwidth to provide the kind of mentoring that Juniors need.
• We need accomplished members who are good Devs through and through, and who additionally take the responsibility of delivering robust stable outcomes.
• Robust Stable Deliveries that are somewhat delayed on time, those I easily defend (very strongly) when management raises queries.
• But deliveries that are even a little low on robustness or stability, those I just can’t/won’t defend.
• Only a fairly accomplished Dev can consistently meet this expectation.

Knowledge on the stack is also ok

1. Flutter 3.10.x
2. Flutter Add-to-App (FlutterFragment)
3. Pigeon
4. Riverpod
5. AutoRoute
6. Freezed

• Exp – 5+ (2+year Flutter , 3+ year atleast one of either Native Android or Native iOS )
•  Flutter, as well as atleast one of either Native Android or Native iOS.  
• Work parallel on both Native and Flutter (Exp Mandatory)
