Job Description:

Note: Core HR is mandatory plus 2 more other modules are important, at least 1 HCM cloud implementations.

• Technical profiles having 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Should have strong Technical expertise on Data Migration/Conversion, Integration and Reporting.
• Strong in relevant tools/technologies like HCM extracts, BI Reports, HDL.
• Fast formulas knowledge will be added advantage.
• Should have functional knowledge about Core HR and additionally may have experience in any of the below modules:
• Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Absence Management, Oracle  Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Benefits, Learning module knowledge.
• Should have done at least 1 HCM cloud implementations.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

Qualification:

• BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.

Required Experiece:

• Total Experience 5 years and above.
• Looking for Individual Contributors with good technical expertise on HCM extracts/Integrations & Reporting.
• Other modules: Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Absence Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Benefits, Learning module
