Job Description:

  • Should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR,  Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Absence Management and Fusion OTL
  • Should have Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules list above. Preferably Any 2 combinations
  • Should have set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.
  • Should be able to create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization.
    • Should be worked on Compensation and Benefits issue handling and configuration
    • Should be worked on Absence Management issue handling and configuration
  • Should define all necessary OTL components and link with appropriate elements for payroll processes.
  • Should compute of Overtime, Bonus elements, other beneficial elements.
  • Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on Approval Management Engine.
  • Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Payroll,  creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.
  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
  • Good to have adequate knowledge in writing SQL/PLSQL queries to develop the reports
  • Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
  • Should have real-time hands-on functional/Technical experience on above modules/Technologies and worked on Implementation or L2/L3 level support.
  • Should have excellent Customer facing skills.
  • Experience in debugging issues, working with product support.
  • The primary shift would be APAC (6.30 AM to 3 PM)
  • Working from office all days is mandatory, WFH option not available
