Job Description:

• Good experience of operational support (incident and problem handling)
• Hands on experience in problem solving, root cause analysis of issues, troubleshooting, issues fixing, etc.
• Strong experience of configurations handling, analysing logs, proactively monitoring services
• Experience of IT service support (tools and process like ITIL)
• Knowledge / experience with monitoring tools (like Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch etc.)
• Ability to handle high priority incidents/issues, complex situations and customers.
• Readiness to work in 24×7 support environment (as and when required)
• Knowledge / Experience of MES or Manufacturing Shopfloor IT support
• Knowledge of Couchbase/MongoDB etc
