Minimum Year(s) of Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in API support using Software AG webMethods platform, Mulesoft, Apigee or any similar API platform solutions.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Experience Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience in API support using webMethods, Mulesoft, etc.,
• 3+ years of experience in implementing APIs using APIed connectivity, API design fast approach using webMethods product stack like API Gateway, Integration Server, API Portal etc.
• Strong expertise in API Specification frameworks like Swagger, RAML, OAS, etc.,
• Strong expertise in OAUTH2.0, PII, PHI and secure environment architecture and operations using API manager out of the box and custom policies.
• 3+ years of experience in HTTP, JMS, DB, and SFTP connectors is a plus.
• 3+ years working in deploying APIs using Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Maven, or other CI/CD/CM Tools, Git, Docker Registry, Package Repository.
• Experience researching and designing highly available system – Understanding & efficiency in collaboration, communication and reaching across functional teams.
• Having support experience.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in technical roles involving the following areas: –

• Collaborate with DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure engineers, and security specialists in designing, managing, and delivering scalable APIs.
• Managing rapid-prototyping efforts with emerging technologies leveraging agile methodologies.
• Designing successful integration architectures for large-scale platforms with a mix of 3rd party vendor, open-source, custom software, including the documentation of technical assumptions.
• Contributing and managing incubators/innovation lab environments, and working with small teams across a variety of new and emerging technologies.
• Working in an environment that leverages project management skills like planning and tracking, issue and risk management, multitasking, team organization, and activity prioritization.
• Communicating with both business & technical stakeholders to achieve objectives.
