Roles & Responsibilities:

• ITS Coach for Production Planning (PP) ,Material Management(MM) and
  Inventory management (IM),Quality Management and Plant Maintenance modules .To provide guidance in SAP processes, day to day support, resolve issues and realize SCRs (Scope Change Requests) of above mentioned modules.
• Responsible for 2nd level support for KSB India Plants for above mentioned SAP modules in terms of new enhancements, process optimization, configurations ,implementation of new business scenarios ,new Z developments, handling of incidents and change requests etc.
• Responsible for any statutory changes related to SAP MM Module.
• Providing functional guidance and technical support for Warehouse module.
• Responsible for writing functional specifications and co-ordinating with ABAP team for SAP Z developments.

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong SAP PP,MM,IM,QM and Plant maintenance modules functional knowledge and integration with other SAP Modules including SD,QM and FI.
• Expertise in SAP PP,MM,IM,QM and Plant maintenance Module Configuration.
• Proficiency in writing SAP Functional Specifications.
