Professional Qualification:

•  Minimum graduate in any stream

Competency:

• At least 2 year in supporting live business critical transaction oriented applications
• Able to understand and communicate thoughts / designs / ideas / specs in an unambiguous manner
• System decomposition:
  • able to visualize and design complex systems with multiple product lines and integrations with external systems.
  • Should be able to design operations support systems like monitoring, reporting, failovers etc
• Problem decomposition: Use of appropriate data structures and algorithms and comes up with generic / object oriented code that encapsulate aspects of the problem that are subject to change
• Code organization, source controlling, defensive coding, error handling, IDE, API, scripting, DB design, codebase knowledge
• Requirement analysis: Able to suggest better alternatives and flows to given requirements (based on previous experience).
