Work Experience : 6 to 10 years

Working Location : Mumbai (Andheri)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To oversee and manage their product on daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with tech team to build product strategy and release features.
2. Continuously tracking and monitoring consumers, customers and competition and preparing insights & benchmark reports on the same.
3. Collaborate with Tech Development team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.
4. Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
5. Gather detailed functional requirements and create Business requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs / schedules versus customer benefits.

Steering Job Requirements & Tasks

1. At least 2 years of experience in online Payment Solutions Domain
2. Understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
3. Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
4.  Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
5.  Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.
6.  Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
7. Strong business management and analysis skills.
8. Should have owned complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.
9. Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as detailed specification of product requirements, workflows and user stories.
10.  Work with clients and internally to define platform product requirements and organizational readiness for product rollouts.
11.  Should have worked on at least 2 major Product development projects in the PAYMENTS Domain.

Qualification Criteria

• Technical degree required;BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Must be a Team player and problem solver.
• Willlingness to travel to CLIENT side.
