MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as lead Android and iOS developer. Depending on the skills set
can be lead on iOS and play a supporting role across Android.

Working closely with other team developers leading the other platform
developments.

Deliver across the entire application lifecycle-concept, design,
build, deploy, test, and release to application stores and support.

Working directly with other team developers and project managers to
conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.

Gather requirements around functionality and translate those
requirements into elegant functional solutions.

Build prototypes at scoping stage of projects.

Assist and/or represent the company in the technical review, meeting,
and discussion.

Prepare documentation. (e.g. Design specifications, User Acceptance
Test, Functional Flow Chart, and etc.)

Setup integration, build environment, development team workflow, and
processes.

Build the interface with a focus on creating a beautiful and elegant
user experience.

Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.

Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across
multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort.

Optimizing performance, depeat  for fintech mobile applications.

Write secure codes to protect sensitive data from vulnerabilities.

Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
and design.

Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.

Conduct code reviews and testing

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in Android and iOS mobile
applications development and 2-3 years as a team leader

Able to architect, design, and implement solutions based on the
Android/iOS platform

Strong Object-Oriented-Design and programming skills in Android Studio
and X Code

A good understanding of fintech industry standards will be
advantageous.

A good understanding and able to put together a frontend UI based on
native UI and HTML5.

A good understanding of web services, network protocols, socket
programming, SSL, and PKI.

Able to gather requirements and estimate development cost, time, and
effort required.

Good documentation and knowledge management practices.

A passion for new consumer technologies and the emerging media
landscape.

Ability to multi-task and good time management skills.

Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team.

Excellent scoping and estimation skills.

Excellent testing and QA skills.

Able to communicate fluently in English is a MUST and ability to lead
a development team of 2-5 people

Experience on the following:

Proven commercial experience software development experience.

Published examples of mobile applications on the Android Market or App
Store

Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human-computer
interaction, and usability design principles

Experience on 3DS 2.0 SDK will be excellent.

Proven ability in delivering successful consumer and/or business
products

Able to integrate with 3rd party hardware libraries or develop
hardware interfaces.

Knowledge of deployment of the server environment and application
distribution.

Able to effectively use git for source code control.

Experience with continuous integration.

Experience with agile development methodologies and working with the
distributed development teams.

Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design
decisions.
