Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with a Product Owner to establish the product vision
2. Capturing, documenting and validating requirements as user examples, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying scalable solutions
3. Highlighting product features and explaining user examples in a manner clearly understandable to the development team
4. Collaborating with multi-functional teams and end-users to create solutions that delight, deliver value, and are collegial to product roadmaps and future-state vision
5. Working with leaders in sales, solutions design, operations, product development and product implementation teams to drive successful implementations of process redesign initiatives and adoption of functionality developed
6. Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with clients and product partners as needed
7. Supervising the progress of product development, and assisting with product release planning and testing
8. Identifying technology and design issues, coordinating team members and driving resolution across multiple teams and partners
9. Mentoring the Business Analysts and developing the training plan needed  to on-board new associates

Skills Needed

1. 10+ years of experience in facilitating discussions with business users and understand their business needs, with atleast 2+ years in a lead role
2. Demonstrated experience as a leading a team of Business Analysts with track record of delivering innovative solutions, preferably in a product development environment and focusing on building Document Capture / Content products
3. Managing Product Discovery sessions with business/operations users and articulate/understand the Business Needs
4. Ability to map the business needs to product features
5. Ability to articulate new product features and capabilities in clear use cases
6. Proficient user of JIRA/ Confluence tools or other new age collaboration tools
7. Solid experience and understanding of Agile in developing epics, themes, user examples, supplementary requirements, and business rules
8. Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical field
11. Experience working in the health payer is a must
12. Understanding of scripting language is a plus
