Experience :-  4-5 years

Resource will work in IT Service Management team which is managing Incident, Problem, Change and Catalog requests was well as Contract and Hardware Asset management) and HRSD (HR Service Delivery).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Change, Problem, Hardware and Contract management, Reporting, and SLAs
  • Transform business/functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks for himself & developers
  • Meet with internal stake holders to review stories and perform requirements gathering, design business process workflows, and process improvements.
  • Work on ServiceNow Product Release upgrades efforts along with the team. Interact with ServiceNow’s HI Customer Support for support and troubleshooting Product or Upgrade issues. Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation
  • Good to have experience in integrations between ServiceNow and other Business Systems
  • Install, manage and administer ServiceNow add-ons, plugins, and modules.
  • Contribute in ongoing production support.
  • Create process documentation and coach/mentor ServiceNow training to internal teams.

Candidate Profile/requirement:

  • Experience working with HRSD around 4 to 5 years
  • Good knowledge and familiarity with HR processes. Additional knowledge of ITSM is desirable.
  • Experience in successfully implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform and leveraging the HRSD framework.
  •  Should possess 4+ years of ServiceNow design, development, implementation and Administrative experience
