We are looking for a senior resource who shall be engaged with us in Oracle EBS to Fusion transition. Following is the JD.

A.  Pre-requisite for the role
Essential Qualification and Work Experience: 8 to 12years of experience. Of the 15 years, a requirement to have 5+ years on Oracle Projects Minimum 1 Oracle implementations expertise from On Premise to Cloud – Specifically on Oracle Financials (AR, AP, CM, 8GL & Asset) and Procurement is must Comfortable with Data Security of Oracle Cloud environment Technical Process documentation during transition of On Prem to Cloud Role includes regular interaction, coordinate and problem solving with; Implementation partner Support partner SLK internal stakeholders The role will work across IT, Products and Application, Business, Risk and Project teamsPreferred Qualification: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering          
B. Position Summary:
To plan & co-ordinate, get involved in execution of high quality, on-time and on-budget delivery of the assigned Oracle related project To ensure stakeholder satisfaction through delivery excellence To ensure efficacy of customer communication & reporting
C. Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities Plan and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Ensure project level customer satisfaction targets are met Plan & execute deliverables within schedule, cost and quality Proactive communication & timely response to customers Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Plan & track direct costs of the projects Plan & track utilization of resources, such as manpower, software, hardware, infrastructure etc. Ensure projects are executed within budget with set process and compliance Ensure process adherence & improvements Compile project MIS on a periodic basis and review with customer Resolve people issues and Employee satisfaction within projects
